Pomerene Hospital
Pomerene Hospital is a 55-bed facility serving the residents of Holmes and surrounding counties. The hospital currently has over 30 active medical staff physicians, 365 employees and 133 active volunteers.
Established in 1937, Pomerene Hospital provides a full array of services including: Ambulatory Care, Amish Services, Cardiology, Company Care Center, 24-Hour Emergency Care, Express Care (Urgent Care), Intensive Care Nursing, Laboratory Maternity/OB, Medical-Surgical Care, Midwifery, Pediatrics, Pharmacy, Radiology (including Bone Densitometry, Cardiovascular Ultrasound, Computed Tomography- CT, Diagnostic X-rays, Fluoroscopy, Mammography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging- MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound), Rehabilitative Services (including Aquatic Therapy, Athletic Training, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and Wound Care), Respiratory Care, Sleep Lab, Surgery, and our Volunteer Program.
