Products purchased that are downloaded or emailed are NOT refundable, but may
be exchanged within 30-days from date of purchase. The product to be exchanged
may only be exchanged for another downloadable product sold by Data Advantage
Corp. To obtain an exchange, you must notify Data Advantage, LLC within 30
days of your original purchase date. The “Refund Claim Form” provided to you
must be returned to Data Advantage, LLC by regular mail only (no e-mail),
within 10 days, in order to obtain an exchange.
In order to obtain an exchange, you must provide your correct e-mail address
and/or mailing address to Data Advantage, LLC Data Advantage, LLC will not be
liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a
“Refund Claim Form” that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or
mailing address provided by you to Data Advantage, LLC The customer is
responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN
PROGRAMMED FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD ACCESS OR EMAIL ACCESS. WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS
OF MISSING LINKS OR EMAILS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER.
